Loan & Debt Ledger Privacy Policy

Local Financial Vault — Zero Bank Access Effective Date: September 28, 2026 Applicable to: Money Track: Borrow & Lend (Android Package: com.rak.money_track)

Zero Banking Integrations & Absolute Financial Isolation

Money Track: Borrow & Lend does not connect to your bank accounts, credit cards, or financial aggregators. Every debt entry, money lent record, loan due date, contact association, and settlement receipt is stored exclusively in an encrypted local database on your smartphone. RakMind has zero visibility into your debts or finances.

01 Air-Gapped Personal Debt & Loan Management

Unlike budgeting apps that scrape SMS messages or connect to bank APIs via third parties (like Plaid), Money Track: Borrow & Lend operates strictly as an offline digital ledger. The app never requests SMS permissions (READ_SMS or RECEIVE_SMS) and never queries banking credentials.

02 Contact Book Association (READ_CONTACTS) Disclosure

If you choose to link a debt or loan entry with an existing person in your phonebook, the app requests temporary access to Android's contact picker. This operation is handled entirely on-device: the contact's name and phone number remain stored solely within your local ledger.

RakMind does not harvest, upload, sync, or transmit your address book to any server.

03 Local Data Backups & Total Erasure

You maintain full sovereignty over your ledger. You can export transaction records as local files directly to your device storage. Tapping 'Clear All Data' in the app settings or uninstalling the app permanently erases all financial entries from your device.

04 Security & Contact
